Our travelers are curious, open-hearted people who value ease, comfort, and meaningful experiences. Many are professionals, solo travelers, best friends, couples, or mother-daughter duos—all looking for something deeper than a typical tour.

Most Luxe Adventures have no more than 8 to 12 guests to keep the experience personal, flexible, and immersive.

Solo travelers are welcome—and quite common! Many of our guests come alone and leave with new friendships. Trips are intentionally small and designed to create a welcoming, connected group dynamic.

Each trip includes curated accommodations, ground transportation, daily activities, select meals, and a thoughtfully crafted itinerary designed to offer a luxury experience with minimal stress.

Nope! That’s the magic of Luxe Adventures. Once you’re booked, just pack your bags and show up. We take care of the rest—from logistics to reservations and even local tips.

You’ll reserve your spot with a $500 non-refundable deposit. From there, you can:

-Pay in full

or

- Finance the balance with Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay (through GlossGenius.

We’ll walk through everything together—just know that your balance must be paid in full or financed within 30 days of your deposit to secure your spot.

*Financing offers flexible terms (6, 12, or 36 months) and competitive interest rates. A financing fee will be added to your total based on the plan and provider you choose.

While not required, travel insurance is strongly encouraged. It can protect you in the event of cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other travel hiccups. It’s the best way to protect your investment—and your peace of mind.

Each adventure is pre-planned and thoughtfully curated—but you’re welcome to opt out of a scheduled activity if you'd prefer a personal day. You’re free to stay back and relax, or explore solo. If you choose to explore on your own during the trip, you’ll be responsible for arranging your own transportation for that portion of the day.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs! Please share any allergies, dietary preferences, or health concerns when you register so we can plan accordingly.

Yes, you’ll be responsible for booking your own airfare—but please wait until your proposed itinerary has been reviewed before purchasing.

We’ll provide guidance on ideal arrival and departure windows, and when possible, aim to coordinate flights so the group travels around the same time. Once you’ve selected a flight that works for you, we’ll confirm the details to ensure everything aligns smoothly with the trip itinerary.
